The circulation on this one makes this review unnecessary. The people of Albertville enjoy the comforting rhymed poetry of Helen Steiner Rice. The library owns a total of 10 poetry books by her, including a volume of Christmas poems, and they all get similar circulation. Definitely keep these books on the shelves as long as they make people happy, which I suspect will be a long time to come. This particular book is a product of the Helen Steiner Rice Foundation, Rice having died in 1981. Proceeds from the purchase go to benefit that foundation.
